Herman Revisits Deepwater Horizon Litigation in Presentation for Tulane’s Energy Law Center & Energy Institute

On April 4, 2024, Fishman Haygood special counsel Steve Herman will lead a discussion on “Revisiting the Deepwater Horizon Litigation” co-presented by Tulane’s Energy Law Center and its Energy Institute. Herman, who teaches an advanced civil procedure course in complex litigation at Tulane Law, will lecture on the scope of the unprecedented legal events and the more unique aspects of the case.

The event is free for students and takes place at the Tulane Freeman School of Business from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. in Room 280.
