Gershanik Joins Tulane Corporate Law Institute Panel

Maureen Brennan Gershanik, a partner in Fishman Haygood’s Business Section, was a panelist at the 34th Annual Tulane Corporate Law Institute on Mar. 17, 2022. The panel, “ESG Considerations in Dealmaking,” was composed of “practitioners at the forefront of advising clients on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations.” Gershanik addressed how ESG issues are being handled in the boardroom and in engagement between companies, even smaller cap companies, and their institutional investors.
