Fishman Haygood Welcomes Elizabeth Griffin to Litigation Section

Fishman Haygood LLP is pleased to welcome Elizabeth Griffin as special counsel in the firm’s Litigation Section.

In her new role, Liz will focus her practice on commercial litigation matters, including complex bankruptcy. Her experience also includes expropriation proceedings, insurance defense, environmental liability claims, and labor and employment disputes. She has represented clients in lender liability matters and in complex claims of business misconduct involving fraud, misappropriation of trade secrets, and civil RICO liability.

Earlier in her career, Liz was an associate at Carver Darden. Liz holds a J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, and she received a B.A. in Political Science from Loyola University of New Orleans.
