Fishman Haygood Sponsors 38th Annual Tulane Corporate Law Institute
March 3, 2026
Fishman Haygood is proud to sponsor the 38th Annual Tulane Corporate Law Institute, taking place March 19–20, 2026, at the Roosevelt Hotel in New Orleans.
Hosted by Tulane Law School, the Institute convenes leading M&A and securities practitioners, members of the Delaware Supreme Court and Court of Chancery, corporate counsel, and investment bankers from across the country. Widely regarded as one of the premier corporate law conferences in the United States, the Tulane Corporate Law Institute delivers high-level programming and exceptional networking opportunities for the corporate and financial legal community.
Fishman Haygood’s connection to the Institute runs deep. Firm co-founder Louis Y. Fishman, a Tulane Law graduate, co-founded the Corporate Law Institute and has played a significant role in shaping Tulane’s corporate law program over several decades. In recognition of his contributions to the law school and the profession, he was inducted into the Tulane Law Hall of Fame in 2024, and the firm established a Professorship in Corporate Law in his name.
The firm’s Corporate and Litigation Practices frequently intersect at the cutting edge of Delaware and national corporate law. In July 2025, Lori W. Will of the Delaware Court of Chancery finalized a $29.75 million settlement secured by Fishman Haygood and co-counsel on behalf of investors in connection with the merger of TS Innovation Acquisitions, Inc. and Latch, Inc.
Vice Chancellor Will will participate in Tulane’s Tenth Annual Corporate and Securities Law Roundtable on March 21, 2026, following the Institute. The Roundtable, hosted at Tulane Law School, is open to the public and features leading scholars discussing emerging issues in corporate and securities law.
Fishman Haygood is honored to support the Tulane Corporate Law Institute and its continued role as a national forum for advancing corporate governance, M&A and securities law.
