Fishman Haygood Represents Stirling in the Acquisition of its Fifth United Plaza Office Park Building

Stirling, a full-service commercial real estate company servicing the Gulf South region, recently announced its acquisition of IV United Plaza in Baton Rouge, La., from 8555 United Plaza, LLC. The five-story, 72,000 square foot building is fully leased. Stirling now owns United Plaza Buildings I, II, IV, VIII, and XII within the 75-acre United Plaza Office Park complex.  Read coverage in the Greater Baton Rouge Business Report here.

Fishman Haygood served as legal counsel to Stirling. The team was led by Steven Serio.

Earlier this year, Fishman Haygood represented Stirling in the acquisition of Beck Partners, one of Northwest Florida’s leading commercial real estate firms. The firm has also recently represented Stirling in its sale of an industrial project in Fremaux Town Center in Slidell, La., as well as Stirling’s acquisition of an industrial site occupied by Southern Glazer’s Distribution Center in Lafayette, La.
