Fishman Haygood Represents Hunt, Guillot & Associates in its Acquisition of Reliable Power Consultants

Hunt, Guillot & Associates (HGA), the Ruston, La.-based engineering, disaster recovery, and project management firm, recently announced its acquisition of Reliable Power Consultants (RPC). RPC, a Colorado-based engineering firm, specializes in power distribution design, staking, right-of-way, and inspection services. This acquisition marks a significant step in HGA’s strategic growth plan by creating new opportunities to expand the company’s transmission and substation project services portfolio while broadening its geographical presence.
