Fishman Haygood Closes Real Estate Development Deals

Fishman Haygood’s real estate development group recently closed several multi-million deals, ranging from the CMBS refinancing of a mall in Hammond, Louisiana,to the purchase and financing of an apartment complex in Baton Rouge.

The firm’s recent deals and representation include the following:

  • Hammond Square LLC in a $53,000,000 CMBS refinancing from Morgan Stanley Bank of the Hammond Square Mall in Hammond, Louisiana, which included the reorganization of the owner entity and the acquisition of an adjacent Olive Garden outparcel.
  • The purchaser in its $22,850,000 acquisition and $18,280,000 financing of the Oakleigh Apartments in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
  • Two affiliated borrowers in of their $9,275,000 and $7,975,000 refinancings with Trustmark National Bank of the Residence Inn and Courtyard hotels in Covington, Louisiana.
