On Apr. 3, 2023, Alloy, an integrated marketing agency for global tech brands, announced that it had acquired Fishman Haygood client Narwhal Digital, a creative technology agency. Both Atlanta-based firms are female-founded and minority-led businesses. Read the press release here.
