Firm Client Provident Resources Group Serves as Residential Facility Owner for New $240M William & Mary Student Housing Development

Fishman Haygood, LLP client Provident Resources Group, Inc. (PRG), in partnership with Balfour Beatty Campus Solutions, is the residential facility owner for on-campus student housing accommodations at William & Mary, a public research university in Williamsburg, Va. PRG’s role as the project’s residential facility owner was facilitated through the issuance of project-based, tax-exempt debt financing.
