Firm Client Provident Resources Group Serves as Owner in New $185M San Antonio Development

Fishman Haygood client Provident Resources Group, Inc. (PRG), in partnership with Preston Hollow Community Capital (PHCC), is the nonprofit owner of an interest in the new Los Cielos rental housing community located in San Antonio, Tex. PHCC and the San Antonio-based Brooks Development Authority recently closed the $185 million tax-exempt bond for the project’s development. Click here to read the press release.
