Burge, McCardle, and Swanson Named to Lawdragon’s 2025 “500 Leading Plaintiff Financial Lawyers” List

Fishman Haygood partners Jason Burge, Lance McCardle, and Jim Swanson were recently selected to the 500 Leading Plaintiff Financial Lawyers list by Lawdragon. The 2025 guide, originally published as a standalone list in 2019, features lawyers who “give consumers, investors and businesses a fighting chance against corporations and other powerful entities that can sometimes seem too big to confront.” All three were recognized for their work in Securities and Environmental Litigation. He handles disputes involving allegations of statutory violations, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, misrepresentation, and fraud from fact investigation through trial and appellate practice.
