Barriere to Present “Professionalism: Looking Back” at Louisiana State Bar Association’s Watch Your P’s and Q’s CLE Program

Brent Barriere, a partner in Fishman Haygood’s Litigation Section, will co-present “Professionalism: Looking Back” during the Louisiana State Bar Association’s Ethics & Professionalism: Watch Your P’s and Q’s CLE program on December 6, 2024. Barriere has over 40 years of experience litigating commercial cases, and he represents clients in a wide variety of commercial disputes, including bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, securities litigation, breach of contract, business valuation disputes, director and officer claims, error and omission claims, and class actions. He is an active member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, having served on the organization’s various bankruptcy committees, as well as its House of Delegates and Budget Committee.
