Barriere to Present on the Intersection of Multidistrict Litigation and Bankruptcy at 2024 American Association for Justice Convention

Brent Barriere, a partner in Fishman Haygood’s Litigation Section, will present on “The Intersection of Multidistrict Litigation and Bankruptcy” as part of the American Association for Justice’s 2024 Annual Convention on July 19. The presentation will detail where and how mass tort, multidistrict litigation, and bankruptcy intersect, as well as the evolving requirement of good faith and financial distress.
