Michael T. Durham focuses his practice on energy, finance, and construction. He advises clients on complex transactions and infrastructure projects across a range of industries, including commercial and industrial facilities, higher education, sports, and healthcare.

Prior to joining Fishman Haygood, Michael was involved in energy infrastructure development with Johnson Controls, where he played a key role in major projects nationwide and was awarded the Master’s Award for closing the largest energy infrastructure deal in the company’s history. He previously served as the first General Counsel of Bernhard, LLC, where he helped develop the company’s Energy-as-a-Service model, now deployed across the United States. Before moving in-house, Michael practiced law at Adams and Reese, LLP in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, focusing on energy, finance, and construction matters.
