Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions

Marina Speligene is an attorney in our firm’s Business Section. Her practice primarily focuses on mergers and acquisitions and corporate law.

Marina represents private equity funds and corporate clients in connection with private equity transactions, as well as in acquisitions and divestitures of assets and companies. She has experience across a variety of industries, including architecture, environmental services, equipment rental, and energy, among others.

Marina received her law degree, magna cum laude, from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University (LSU). She was also a Member of the Louisiana Law Review and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Marina interned for the Honorable Shelly D. Dick, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana.

Marina received her bachelor’s degree in criminology, summa cum laude, from LSU.
