Litigation PracticeGabe Winsberg focuses his practice on commercial litigation, including matters involving complex bankruptcy.
Gabe has experience in all phases of the litigation process, including conducting discovery, drafting motions, participating in fact and expert witness depositions, and preparing for trial. His prior experience in mass-tort litigation helps support strategy in a variety of disputes.
Gabe is also active in professional organizations. He is a member of the New Orleans Bar Association, Louisiana Bar Association, and Federal Bar Association – New Orleans Chapter. Gabe is involved with the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) and the Defense Research Institute (DRI). He also served as a Tulane University Law School junior member to the Louisiana State Law Institute.
Gabe graduated as a member of the Order of the Coif from Tulane Law and was a managing editor of the Tulane Law Review.
