Gabe Winsberg focuses his practice on commercial litigation, including matters involving complex bankruptcy.
Gabe has experience in all phases of the litigation process, including conducting discovery, drafting motions, participating in fact and expert witness depositions, and preparing for trial. His prior experience in mass-tort litigation helps support strategy in a variety of disputes.
