Gabriel J. Winsberg

Gabe Winsberg focuses his practice on commercial litigation, including matters involving complex bankruptcy.

Gabe has experience in all phases of the litigation process, including conducting discovery, drafting motions, participating in fact and expert witness depositions, and preparing for trial. His prior experience in mass-tort litigation helps support strategy in a variety of disputes.

Gabe is active in several professional organizations, including the New Orleans, Louisiana, and Federal Bar Associations (New Orleans Chapter). He is also involved with the International Association of Defense Counsel and the Defense Research Institute, and previously served as a Tulane University Law School junior member of the Louisiana State Law Institute.
