Accessibility Statement

Fishman Haygood, LLP (“FH”) is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the broadest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability.

To help achieve this goal, FH aims for substantial conformance to generally-recognized and accepted design, development, and operational guidelines for website accessibility. Though these standards are continually evolving, our website currently follows the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and their industry standard Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA wherever possible.

FH is also committed to ongoing compliance efforts. In partnership with our web development team, we complete—at minimum—a formal annual audit to evaluate and assess our website against current WCAG guidelines and success criteria to determine how accessible it is to people with disabilities. As part of the audit, the team runs both an automated scan of the site to catch errors and then manually tests the site with screen reading software. We work to continually modify our website to ensure the information, features, and content are accessible to persons with disabilities.

If you encounter any accessibility barriers on our website, or if you have specific questions and feedback, please contact us at [email protected] or 504.586.5252. FH wants to work with you to make all reasonable efforts to address your concerns. Please note that we have no control over third parties, though we do strongly encourage that third-party providers offer users accessible digital content.
