Steve Herman to Present CLE on Emerging Legal Ethics Issues at Upcoming LSBA Seminar

On June 13, 2025, Fishman Haygood special counsel Steve Herman will present “Emerging Issues in Legal Ethics” at the Ethics & Professionalism Summer Rerun Seminar hosted by the Louisiana State Bar Association. The two-hour seminar is divided into ethics and professionalism sections and includes “Self-Care is Significant in the Practice of Law,” a presentation by Dr. Angela White-Bazile of the Louisiana Judges and Lawyers Program. Steve serves on the standing Louisiana State Bar Association Rules of Professional Conduct Committee and frequently speaks on topics related to legal ethics. Most recently, he presented a live two-hour webinar titled “Ethical Compliance for Attorneys: Safeguarding Your Law License” on the online platform myLawCLE. Read more about his presentation here.

Additionally, Steve is often asked to provide expert testimony. Earlier this year, Jefferson Parish Ethics and Compliance Commission requested that he perform an independent investigation of the parish’s Inspector General.
