Sharonda Williams to Receive Volunteer of the Year Award at the 2025 Bridge House / Grace House Women of Substance Luncheon

On May 16, 2025, Fishman Haygood special counsel Sharonda Williams will be honored with the Leigh Whitman Director Volunteer of the Year Award at the Bridge House / Grace House 30th Annual Women of Substance Luncheon, presented by the Oscar J. Tolmas Charitable Trust. Each year, this event honors three female community leaders who serve as role models for the women in the Grace House substance disorder treatment program. Bridge House / Grace House is dedicated to supporting men and women who struggle with alcohol or drug dependence, equipping them with the tools needed to lead sober and productive lives. Grace House is the only treatment facility in the region that offers long-term residential treatment specifically for women with substance abuse disorders. Outside of her practice, Sharonda is very active in the community and has worked to address the legal issues that affect women, children, and families.
