Rebekka Veith Elected 2025-2026 Board Treasurer of the Federal Bar Association – New Orleans Chapter’s Younger Lawyers Division

Fishman Haygood partner Rebekka Veith was recently elected 2025-2026 Treasurer of the Federal Bar Association – New Orleans Chapter’s Younger Lawyers Division (YLD) Board of Directors. The FBA’s New Orleans Chapter serves over 1,200 members and is the largest chapter in the national organization. In her new leadership role, Rebekka will help oversee the YLD’s budgeting and finances. The chapter’s mission is to improve the professional lives of its members by offering high quality CLE programs; providing non-partisan advocacy on behalf of the federal judiciary and practitioner; and bringing the bench and bar together for social, philanthropic, pro bono, and networking opportunities. An involved member of the YLD board, Rebekka most recently presented on Trial Skills at the chapter’s 2025 Justice Camp, an annual week-long summer event offered to local high schoolers and led by both judges and attorneys.
