Kerry Miller & Paul Thibodeaux Add to 2025 Lawdragon Honors with “500 Leading Energy Lawyers” Recognition

Fishman Haygood partners Kerry Miller and Paul Thibodeaux have been selected to the 2025 Lawdragon 500 Leading Energy Lawyers guide for their Energy & Environmental Litigation practices. The list was first published as a standalone guide in 2023, and this marks the third year in a row that both Kerry and Paul have been honored. Click here to read this year’s announcement.

Lawdragon based its selections on journalistic reporting and nominations, as well as on vetting by peers and experts in the field of energy law. Honorees not only have been in practice for 10 years, with rare exception, but also have earned the respect of their counterparts.

This is the third time that Paul has been recognized by Lawdragon for 2025. In addition to Leading Energy Lawyers, he is honored among the 500 Leading Litigators in America and included in the Green 500: Leaders in Environmental Law. Kerry is featured on these same lists, and he is also recognized among Lawdragon’s 2025 500 Leading Lawyers in America.

Kerry’s trial practice is as diverse as it is busy. He has tried cases involving environmental contamination, products liability, breach of contract, breach of lease, redhibition, unfair trade practices, Jones Act, civil and criminal RICO and civil and criminal provisions of the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and the Oil Pollution Act.
