Jae A. Donnelly
Jae Donnelly is an attorney in our Litigation Section. She also leads the marketing and business development efforts of the firm.
Jae regularly represents the firm’s business clients in contract disputes, including: developers and investors in disputes over purchase and sell agreements; lessors and lessees in lease disputes; contractors and owners in litigating construction disputes; local businesses in disputes with vendors; insurance agencies in enforcing noncompetition and nonsolicitation covenants against former brokers; executives in enforcing the compensation provisions of their employment agreements; and a regional vessel engine manufacturer in enforcing a settlement agreement against a vessel owner and its insurer.
Jae also provides general advice to several of the firm’s business clients, from mid-sized private companies to small nonprofits.
Jae received her law degree magna cum laude from Loyola Law School in 2011, where she was a William L. Crowe Scholar and a member of the Loyola Law Review.
Jae earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in painting and drawing and her Master of Education degree from Louisiana State University. She worked as a senior project manager in fine art consulting and in arts education before attending law school.
