We represent public companies in a variety of corporate and securities matters, such as public and other securities offerings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, periodic reporting and general SEC compliance. We also have an extensive general business law practice that focuses on real estate, commercial transactions, commercial finance, banking, bank regulation and general contractual matters.
