Our firm was established in the mid-1990s by a small group of leading business, real estate and litigation lawyers from some of the largest law firms in New Orleans. Having established reputations as preeminent attorneys in their fields, the founding members saw an opportunity to form a dynamic new firm that would allow them to focus more intently on their respective areas of expertise. They also desired to provide hands-on training to a select group of younger lawyers who could benefit from the senior members' wealth of experience.

Over a very short period of time, we have become a major presence in the Louisiana business community. Many of the area's most prominent businesses have sought our help on projects that had been traditionally dominated by larger law firms. Despite our success, we continue to believe that a small firm structure is most conducive to maintaining the standard of sophistication for which we have become known.
