Ms. Valentine joined the firm in 2006 as an associate in our Litigation Section. Her primary areas of practice include class actions, contracts, products liability and tort, securities, arbitration, and non-competition.
Sara received her B.A. degree with honors from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2002 with a major in Political Science. She then received her J.D., cum laude, from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law. While at Loyola, Sara served as Casenote/Comment Editor for the Loyola Journal of Public Interest Law, and as Vice President of Loyola's Trial Advocacy Program and a member and coach of its National Team. Following Hurricane Katrina and the temporary closure of Loyola's New Orleans campus, Sara attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law where she worked in the Law School Clinic at the Missouri Public Defender's Office. Sara graduated from Loyola as a William L. Crowe, Sr. Scholar.
