Jae A. Donnelly
Jae Donnelly is an associate in our Litigation Section.
Jae regularly represents clients in contract disputes, including oil and gas clients in resolving partnership disputes; energy executives in arbitrations to enforce the termination compensation provisions of their various employment agreements; local businesses in litigating lease disputes; a regional vessel engine manufacturer in enforcing a settlement agreement against a vessel owner and its insurer; and residential construction companies in litigating disputes with homebuyers.
Jae received her law degree magna cum laude from Loyola Law School in 2011, where she was a William L. Crowe Scholar and a member of the Loyola Law Review. She is a member of Loyola Law’s St. Thomas More Inn of Court.
Jae earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and her Master of Education degree from Louisiana State University. She has worked as a senior project manager in fine art consulting and in arts education.
