Ms. Gaunt joined the firm in 2010 as an associate in our Litigation Section.

Abigail graduated with a B.A. in English from Dartmouth College in 2000. She graduated magna cum laude from Fordham University School of Law, where she was a member of Order of the Coif. After law school, she clerked for the Honorable Judge Denny Chin of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and the Honorable Jacques L. Wiener of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Before joining the firm, Abigail worked as an associate with Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York, where her practice focused on internal corporate investigations and white collar defense. Abigail also served as a Forrester Fellow of Legal Writing and Research at Tulane University School of Law.
